I can not praise Eugene and the team highly enough for their recent work on our attic conversion.  Not only was their work to an extremely high level, but also their service was outstanding, always making sure we were happy with every decision along the way.  They were very professional, easy and pleasant to work with too, always with time for our questions.  They were also extremely tidy, cleaning all floors between the attic and front door every evening, so we wouldn’t even know we were living in a construction zone.  The quality of finish is also outstanding – they are real perfectionists, never cutting corners, always taking the option that will deliver the best result regardless of the extra effort it might require on their end.  Regardless of this, they were not trying to upsell us along the way – Eugene was very conscientious of our budget, not suggesting expensive add ons, so there were no surprises for us at the end.  The conversion came in at the quoted price and exactly on target for timing (very quick).  We feel we got real value for our money, and we are thrilled we went with ENF Attics for our conversion – we can not recommend them highly enough!

We employed ENF attics in April 2014 to do our attic conversion. We had three quotes with similar prices and ENF’s price was the best but the main reason we opted for ENF was because we were most impressed by their understanding of insulation and also because they only take on one job at a time and stay at it until it is completed. The other contractors we spoke to said they would have a few jobs going at the same time and we were worried this would lead to delays. We are delighted with our choice. The attic has turned out beautifully. ENF completed the job within three weeks,  arriving each day at 8am and leaving a very tidy house behind them at 5. They worked very hard and paid attention to every last detail. They were also very ‘can do’ about any extras we requested and very pleasant to deal with. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. The attic is bright, spacious, well finished and cosy. We always reckoned if it wasn’t warm and bright, no-one would want to go up there! Since then, we’ve had some windy, chilly days and it is the warmest room in the house. The children (and ourselves) already use it all the time and can’t imagine living without it! The work was also fully certified by a qualified engineer (no other company offered us this) which is essential if we were ever to think about moving house and needed to sell this house. We would recommend ENF without hesitation and they would be our first port of call if ever getting work done in the future.

Eugene has just completed our attic and we are delighted with the finished job. In 2018 we considered getting an attic conversion and contacted Eugene at ENF who was very helpful and gave advice. After our initial meeting we decided to do business with ENF. The first time when Eugene came out to see us to give us a quote, he was early. Every single time since then that he was due to meet us he was either early or bang on time. This professionalism extended to every single aspect of the work he and hardworking partners carried out for.

Firstly, a detailed and accurate quote was sent to us, then Eugene came out and walked is through exactly what would be happening and where everything would be going. They arrived the day they said they would and finished on time and exactly on budget.
