Based in Galway, our experienced team specialises in attic conversions.

ENF Attics is a family run business with over twenty-five years of experience accumulated in the construction industry. All members of our team and our contractors are fully qualified and certified in their respective trades and have completed all required safety courses. All aspects of the project are managed and overseen by the company’s managing directors, Eugene and Niall Flaherty.

In addition to attic conversions, we construct extensions and provide all other services required for improving, extending or redecorating your home.

We provide all trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tiling and painting required for: Extensions, Renovations, Garage Conversions, Bathroom Refits.

OUR SERVICE

We offer an attic design and building service throughout County Galway.

A standard attic conversion is usually completed within three weeks. We offer free consultations, quotations and a totally professional service. We are fully covered for employer’s and public liability insurance.

We only use quality materials and first-class tradesmen for all our attic conversions. During the conversion, the property is thoroughly cleaned during and at the end of each day to minimise any disruption to the occupants of the property.

Upon completion, we provide an engineer’s certificate.
